VERY WELL. This magnified photo shows the zinc coating bonds fully to SCS‘ wustite layer. In fact, 0.084" thick SCS was coated on a continuous galvanizing line with G-90 coating weight. Two independent labs tested the part shown for adherence using ASTM 0T Bend and ASTM dimple test. Result? No flaking.
